Casa Dunas is a residential project that seeks to generate various interior and exterior spaces. For example, the lower windows at the main hall allow the pool waves' reflection to produce a more relaxed environment, while those in the bedrooms view the desert garden.

The common area is divided into two levels. The first level consists of an informal space with an open kitchen, dining room and a private garden. The living room allows views of the Sea of Cortes and the Pacific Ocean on the second level.

The external area is divided into three different spaces: the desert garden in the main entrance, the olive patio in the dining area and an agave garden in the pool area.
